Summary
- Some consoles, especially those in satellites, can be hacked to retrieve valuable reports.
- These reports can be either sold at Info Hoarders, or might be required for certain quests or missions.
- Satellites can be found floating around the sun in its warp-arrival area.
- Approach the satellite and access the console to hack it.

How does Hacking work?
There are three ways to hack a (military, security, explorer, science or communication) report console:
1. With the appropriate clearance key (one-time-use)
2. By manual hacking (% success chance)
3. With a FIRE stick (% success chance / % losing stick on success / % losing stick on failure)

When your hacking is successful, you can always download at least 1 report. You can check for more reports at that point as well without having to hack the console again.

Notes:
- Each console type has a limit on how many report-download attempts it will accept. Military consoles only allow 2, while Communication consoles allow for 10 downloads.
- In case you downloaded the maximum amount of reports, the console will be locked and a CLEARANCE KEY is required to unlock it again.
- Failed hacking attempts will immediately lead to the console being LOCKED. A CLEARANCE KEY is required to unlock it again.
- Even when successfully hacking a device, each type of FIRE stick has an individual chance of being destroyed in the process. The chance to destroy the stick is doubled for failed hacking attempts.
- CLEARANCE Keys are always consumed/destroyed on use.

Where to get those extra keys? (In-development note)
Currently FIRE STICKS ( 'Forced Information Release Executable' remote hacking device) and CLEARANCE KEYS are not yet available. They are planned to be available on certain places or from certain NPCs (missions).
